The service

Consortium AI provides confidence-gated screening of trade finance transaction metadata, a human review workflow, and anonymized risk-signal sharing. It is a decision-support tool: it routes transactions based on confidence scores and your configuration, and it records human decisions. It does not replace your institution's own compliance obligations, judgment, or regulatory duties.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the actions of reviewers you register in your workspace. You must have the right to process any document or data you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, submit malicious content, or use the service to violate any law. Rate limits exist to keep the service reliable for everyone; circumventing them is a breach of these terms.

Plans and billing

The free tier includes the core compliance pipeline. Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Data

Your workspace data remains yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. Confidence scores and AI extraction are probabilistic; the system is designed to fail safe (route to human review) rather than fail open, but no screening system catches everything. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the changelog before they take effect. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
